Death Valley is the hottest and driest area in the Western Hemisphere, and one of the lowest in the world. It is located near the border between California and Nevada and it stretches over an area of about 3,000 square miles (770 square kilometers).

The Mesquite Dunes is an area of extremes and contrasts, a rugged, yet strangely beautiful place. A place to discover abstract, graphic, or minimalist compositions, a land of swirling snakes, waves, and ripples in an ocean of sand.
This series was published in Dodho Magazine and has won several international awards, among which, finalist in the Slideshow Competition at Annenberg Theater, Palm Springs Photo Festival, Palm Springs Art Museum, Palm Springs, CA, USA in 2018.
